You've gotten this far so that means you're either a robot working for google, or, someone potentially interested in us, our creative ventures or just learning more about what Going Home offers. But we don't discriminate against robots, all are welcome- thanks for stopping by!
Going Home started as a way for us to keep creative and active as we completed college and prepared for our future. We've tried it all - event photography, journalism, fashion and lifestyle, even food photography (which might still be a secret passion).. but if there's one thing we both have hopelessly in common, it's being suckers for love. So that was it, that was our answer to future happiness and it has stuck with us ever since.
Let's be honest, from one couple to another. Weddings can be stressful. They can be stuffy, overly posed, primped and molded... So let's break that tacky cookie cutter mold. We're here to be part of your day from start to finish. We want to shed tears with the mothers when they see you in your dress, we want to dance awkwardly but confidently with you on the dance floor and share laughs during the toasts. Our journalism backgrounds allow us to capture the beauty as it unfolds naturally, while our cheery dispositions and adventurous spirit will fill those in between times with giggles and honest emotions. Your personalities will dictate and guide your portraits and we promise to only step in when it's necessary, allowing your love to unfurl on camera in the same organic way it was first built.
We're real people and we want to offer you only what we would want someone to offer us. We aim to be your best friends the entire day and help create those incredible moments we'll capture forever.
